. We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Student Coordinator cum Academic Counselor to manage student-related activities while providing personalized academic and career guidance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between students and the institution, ensuring a supportive, motivating, and growth-oriented learning environment. Act as the primary point of contact for student engagement and communication. Manage student orientation, onboarding, and induction programs. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance data. Address student concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries regarding course offerings and admission procedures. Counsel students and parents about available programs, course structures, career outcomes, and admission requirements. Maintain a high level of product knowledge (courses, fees, schedules, certifications). Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
